FANTASTIC Stay!
helpful staff clean room great location easy access
The 24-hour desk staff were SO helpful and friendly! The room was REALLY clean, private, and quiet. The hotel's location is Great for Haymarket Station. It's just around the corner. There is easy access to everything on foot, tram, bus, or train.
The stairs were a climb and there isn't a lift, so packing light is advised.

The Standard Double Room has comfy beds and tea and coffee facilities. Bottled water is provided daily. The room was very clean and quiet, I slept well!

Excellent Stay Near Haymarket Station
comfortable bed coffee machine snack availability
My room included a comfortable bed and a convenient coffee machine. I found access to Haymarket Station very easy. The availability of snacks was a plus!!!

The location is great. It is near transport. The staff was helpful. The room was clean, with nice bedding. I appreciated the provided towels.
the room was very dated. i noticed threadbare carpets in places. the shower was underwhelming, and it kept falling out of its holder. the flush handle could be spun around.

EXCELLENT Quirky Stay!
early check-in comfortable beds free coffee
I found the location to be SUPER convenient, near transport lines! The staff allowed us to check in early. After that early flight this was appreciated. The beds were very comfortable (i slept like a log!). Tea and coffee were available in the lobby too.
The stairs were a lot to climb. The room decor felt different compared to what i'm used to. The room felt quite small.

A variety of breakfast bars, croissants, and water were available in the morning . There was even a coffee machine, light breakfast before heading out for the day.

The staff was very pleasant and had a good knowledge of the area. I felt comfortable asking them questions. The staff were always on hand to assist (and they did so with a smile!).
